  • Where do you ship?

    We are delighted to ship worldwide. Brides who shop with us are based all around the globe — from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia to beautiful destinations such as Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates.

    Please note: We are unable to deliver to U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Every veil is carefully packaged and shipped as quickly as possible.

    Processing time: 3 business days
    Standard shipping delivery: 1–7 business days (depending on location)
    Estimated total time to delivery: 4–10 business days

    Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed right away. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We keep shipping simple and affordable. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping with code “FR100”, no matter where in the world you are.

    For all other orders, we charge a flat international shipping fee of $12.50 — making it easy and transparent without any hidden surprises.

  • Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

    Expedited shipping is only available within the United States for an additional fee of $10. If you’d like to upgrade your order, simply select the expedited option at checkout.

  • How do I track my order?

    As soon as your veil is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this link to follow your package right to your doorstep.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

    If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to make the change before your order is processed. Once a package has been shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.

  • Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes for international orders?

    MadeWhite offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the US, so you won’t need to worry about additional customs fees—your order will arrive seamlessly. For customers outside the US, please note that import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Some countries may still charge VAT, GST, or handling fees upon delivery.

    Since import rules vary, we recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate information. Any duties, taxes, or fees assessed at the border are the responsibility of the customer.

  • What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

    We’re so sorry if this happens — we want your veil to arrive in perfect condition. Please notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing us at hello@madewhite.com. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we’ll provide a full refund for the purchase price along with any shipping and handling fees once the item is returned. You’re welcome to place a new order at any time for a replacement.

  • What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

    If your package hasn’t arrived, please first check the tracking information to see if it’s still in transit. If it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local courier and neighbors to confirm. If you still can’t locate the package, please email us at hello@madewhite.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
